- Can I switch tiers later?

- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Not yet — we're starting with monthly only so we can earn your trust month-by-month. Annual pricing (with a discount) is on the roadmap for later this year.
- What about AI? Is there a limit?
- AI-powered schedule generation is included in both tiers. We've set generous monthly limits that no normal club hits. If you're an unusually heavy user, get in touch and we'll figure it out.
- Does GymGrid handle student registration or billing?
- No — GymGrid is a scheduling specialist. It works alongside the registration tools you already use (Jackrabbit, iClassPro, Amilia, Uplifter). We focus on doing scheduling, rotations, and staff management better than anyone else.
- Why USD for US clubs and CAD for Canadian clubs?
- US clubs expect prices in USD. Canadian clubs expect CAD. So we charge each in their local currency at the same number — simple, familiar, no FX math at checkout.
- Can my federation or chain get a multi-club deal?
- Each club subscribes separately. We're not offering federation discounts at launch, but if you're considering rolling out to multiple clubs, get in touch and we'll talk.
- What if I want a feature you don't have?
- We're building GymGrid with real gymnastics clubs. Email us — feature requests from actual users move up the roadmap.
