We built GymGrid because we needed it.
I’m Carly, Creative Director at Aerials Gymnastics in Spruce Grove, Alberta. I’m not a coach or a gymnast — I’m the person who watched our team disappear into a 14-tab spreadsheet for weeks every September. Every March, someone’s First Aid would lapse without anyone noticing.
I tried every scheduling tool I could find. None of them spoke gymnastics. None of them understood apparatus, term-based programming, or the difference between a competitive coach and a rec coach. Most of them couldn’t even represent the idea of rotating through stations.
So we built the tool we wished we had. GymGrid is built with Aerials, tested by Aerials, and shaped by the kind of feedback you only get from a club that’s actually running on it. If you’ve ever opened a scheduling app and thought “this wasn’t built for us” — this one is.
Built alongside Aerials Gymnastics
“Building a new term used to mean weeks of work and a 14-tab spreadsheet nobody else could read. Now I can see the whole gym at a glance — apparatus rotations, staff coverage, who’s qualified for what. The certification tracking alone has caught lapses we would have missed. It’s the first scheduling tool I’ve used that actually understands what a gymnastics club is.”

What we believe.
- Gymnastics-first. Single-industry by choice. If you don't run a gymnastics club, GymGrid is probably not for you.
- Built with clubs, not at them. Every feature has a story behind it. Aerials runs on GymGrid every term.
- Hands-on onboarding. While we're small, each new club gets a real human walking them through setup.
- We don't ship what we wouldn't use. If it's not good enough for Aerials' schedule, it's not in the product.
Made in Spruce Grove, Alberta.
Canadian gymnastics is a tight community. We’re starting here — with the federations, the certifications, and the language clubs already use — and we’ll grow from there.
Built for gymnastics clubs. By the team behind one.
GymGrid is in active development with Aerials Gymnastics Club in Spruce Grove, Alberta. We’re taking on a small number of additional clubs in 2026.
